Com a plataforma AssetVista, que come\u00e7a a ser comercializada este ano no Brasil, Peru e Chile, a empresa espera reduzir os custos operacionais e de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o em toda a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de processamento mineral, evitando paradas n\u00e3o planejadas e aumentando a produtividade.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo Giuseppe di Marco, diretor executivo da unidade de neg\u00f3cios das ind\u00fastrias de processo da ABB, esse sistema melhora a confiabilidade dos equipamentos ao adotar uma abordagem global. Isto porque ele integra dados de condi\u00e7\u00f5es anteriormente d\u00edspares, tais como sinais de v\u00e1lvulas, switches, sensores, motores, disjuntores, redutores, britadores e transportadores de correias, permitindo aos usu\u00e1rios o aperfei\u00e7oamento da sua estrat\u00e9gia de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o preditiva.<\/p>\n<p>Em uma t\u00edpica planta de minera\u00e7\u00e3o, por exemplo, uma correia transportadora oferece grande variedade de informa\u00e7\u00f5es, frequentemente distribu\u00eddas de forma independente para diferentes sistemas e usu\u00e1rios localizados na sala de controle, no escrit\u00f3rio ou na sala el\u00e9trica. \u201cDessa forma, informa\u00e7\u00f5es essenciais n\u00e3o s\u00e3o compartilhadas em tempo h\u00e1bil entre todas as partes envolvidas e, diante de uma falha potencial, a equipe de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o pode n\u00e3o dispor dos mesmos dados que a de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, o que compromete a confiabilidade e efici\u00eancia do processo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>O executivo destaca que o AssetVista evita este cen\u00e1rio atrav\u00e9s do direcionamento e tratamento das informa\u00e7\u00f5es em um sistema orientado para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o.
