Esse \u00e9 o primeiro memorando vinculante da ST George.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A parceria estabelece coopera\u00e7\u00e3o em estudos metal\u00fargicos, otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de processos e desenvolvimento tecnol\u00f3gico para produ\u00e7\u00e3o de terras-raras voltadas \u00e0 fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00edm\u00e3s de alto desempenho. Sediada em Ohio (EUA), a REAlloys produz materiais magn\u00e9ticos para setores estrat\u00e9gicos como defesa, energia, aeroespacial e eletr\u00f4nicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pelo acordo, REAlloys poder\u00e1 garantir um contrato de offtake de at\u00e9 40% da futura produ\u00e7\u00e3o de terras-raras do Projeto Arax\u00e1.
