Prestes a completar 190 anos de atua\u00e7\u00e3o no Brasil, a produtora de ouro AngloGold Ashanti est\u00e1 atenta a esse movimento e tem a meta de chegar a 25% de representatividade feminina at\u00e9 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Para isso implementou diversas iniciativas nesse sentido: abriu vagas afirmativas espec\u00edficas para mulheres; mant\u00e9m cursos de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o profissional para o p\u00fablico feminino nas cidades onde opera; conta com ambiente seguro e protegido para as mulheres (dos pontos de vista f\u00edsico e psicol\u00f3gico), e ainda quebrou paradigmas dentre os cargos da alta lideran\u00e7a, contratando a executiva Dayse Guelman (foto) para o cargo de vice-presidente de Finan\u00e7as e Suprimentos. Dayse \u00e9 a primeira mulher a estar \u00e0 frente dessa posi\u00e7\u00e3o na empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Dayse \u00e9 formada em Economia e Com\u00e9rcio Exterior, com p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Finan\u00e7as na Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Get\u00falio Vargas; p\u00f3s em Neg\u00f3cios na Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Dom Cabral e, em Gest\u00e3o no MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), nos Estados Unidos. Rec\u00e9m-chegada \u00e0 AngloGold Ashanti, a executiva tem mais de 30 anos na minera\u00e7\u00e3o, onde enfrentou, com alta qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica, persist\u00eancia e autoconfian\u00e7a, os desafios de diversidade que s\u00e3o realidade no setor.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cS\u00e3o muitas as hist\u00f3rias de supera\u00e7\u00e3o para contar, a maioria envolvendo a dificuldade dos homens em lidar com uma lideran\u00e7a feminina. Uma delas \u00e9 o Programa Mulheres de Ouro, de vagas afirmativas exclusivas para contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de mulheres, que busca fortalecer as a\u00e7\u00f5es de equidade de g\u00eanero, com espa\u00e7o para quaisquer ra\u00e7as. No lan\u00e7amento do programa, 22 mulheres foram contratadas para o cargo de operadora de caminh\u00e3o na Mina Cuiab\u00e1 em Sabar\u00e1\/Caet\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Curso para atua\u00e7\u00e3o no subsolo<\/h3>\n<p>J\u00e1 para as mulheres das comunidades onde opera, a AngloGold desenvolve o Programa de Qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o Profissional Local (PRO), com foco na valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da m\u00e3o de obra feminina e fortalecimento da economia local. Mais de 90 mulheres j\u00e1 foram capacitadas em cursos de El\u00e9trica Automotiva, Mec\u00e2nica Industrial, Eletricista Industrial, Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o Mec\u00e2nica Industrial e Auxiliar de Geologia, em Nova Lima, Caet\u00e9 e Crix\u00e1s (GO), onde a empresa mant\u00e9m opera\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Outra iniciativa voltada para forma\u00e7\u00e3o de mulheres \u00e9 o Programa Alma. Por meio dele,\u00a0 lideran\u00e7as femininas da empresa passam por a\u00e7\u00f5es de desenvolvimento e qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o que visam a um ambiente mais diverso e seguro psicologicamente. A empresa\u00a0 possui salas de amamenta\u00e7\u00e3o\/coleta de leite materno em todas as suas opera\u00e7\u00f5es e est\u00e1 em processo de instala\u00e7\u00e3o de uma sala de coleta de leite materno no subsolo da Mina Cuiab\u00e1, em Sabar\u00e1. Tamb\u00e9m foi adequado o uniforme para cal\u00e7a e blusa, no lugar do at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o usado macac\u00e3o.
