Enquanto isso, no Brasil, um jabuti carvoeiro foi inclu\u00eddo \u2013 a despeito de todo o desprop\u00f3sito \u2013 no texto do projeto de lei 11.247\/18, que regula a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de usinas e\u00f3licas em alto mar. A ideia ins\u00f3lita, que tem nome e endere\u00e7o \u2013 Z\u00e9 Vitor, deputado federal pelo PL\/MG, prorroga de 2029 (marco at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o vigente) at\u00e9 2050 a opera\u00e7\u00e3o de usinas termel\u00e9tricas, cuja produ\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 curiosamente contratada pela EMBPar, estatal que deveria cuidar de energia nuclear e binacional (no caso Itaipu, de natureza hidrel\u00e9trica).<\/p>\n<p>A medida nem se estende \u00e0s 21 usinas a carv\u00e3o que operam hoje no Brasil. \u00c9 espec\u00edfica para sete empreendimentos: Figueira (PR), Candiota III (RS), Pec\u00e9m I (CE), Pec\u00e9m II (CE), Itaqui (MA) e Jorge Lacerda, complexo com quatro usinas (SC). Candiota III (Foto) e duas das usinas do complexo Jorge Lacerda est\u00e3o entre as maiores emissoras de gases de efeito estufa, segundo levantamento do Iema (Instituto de Energia e Meio Ambiente).
