{"id":23624,"date":"2023-10-25T20:26:59","date_gmt":"2023-10-25T23:26:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.inthemine.com.br\/site\/?p=23624"},"modified":"2023-10-25T20:28:28","modified_gmt":"2023-10-25T23:28:28","slug":"processamento-a-umidade-natural","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.inthemine.com.br\/site\/processamento-a-umidade-natural\/","title":{"rendered":"PROCESSAMENTO A UMIDADE NATURAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Vale est\u00e1 implantando o projeto Capanema Umidade Natural, de min\u00e9rio de ferro, localizado nos munic\u00edpios de Santa B\u00e1rbara, Ouro Preto e Itabirito, em Minas Gerais, que obteve o licenciamento concomitante, com as emiss\u00f5es das licen\u00e7as Pr\u00e9via (LP), de Instala\u00e7\u00e3o (LI) e de Opera\u00e7\u00e3o (LO) pela SEMAD-MG (Secretaria de Estado de Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel de Minas Gerais) em dezembro de 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Trata-se da reativa\u00e7\u00e3o e readequa\u00e7\u00e3o da antiga Mina de Capanema, operada entre 1982 e 2003 pela Vale (ent\u00e3o CVRD) e a JFE Steel Corporation (JFES), antiga Kawasaki Steel, e outras seis empresas japonesas. No per\u00edodo foram produzidas 34,6 Mt de granulados, 27,4 Mt de pellet feed e 7 MT de sinter feed. Ap\u00f3s 21 anos de atividades, os teores contidos nas reservas de min\u00e9rio de ferro da mina passaram a n\u00e3o atender mais \u00e0 rota de processo da usina de Timbopeba, levando \u00e0 paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o da unidade.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_23627\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23627\" style=\"width: 700px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inthemine.com.br\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Projeto-Capanema-e1698276495927.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23627\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inthemine.com.br\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Projeto-Capanema-e1698276495927.jpg\" alt=\"Projeto Capanema\" width=\"700\" height=\"269\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inthemine.com.br\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Projeto-Capanema-e1698276495927.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.inthemine.com.br\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Projeto-Capanema-e1698276495927-300x115.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-23627\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto Capanema, em Minas Gerais<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Al\u00e9m de reativar as instala\u00e7\u00f5es existentes, o projeto Capanema, prev\u00ea a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de novos equipamentos, a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de um transportador de correia de longa dist\u00e2ncia (TCLD), com 10,6 km de extens\u00e3o, e adequa\u00e7\u00f5es no p\u00e1tio de estocagem e carregamento da usina de Timbopeba, totalizando investimentos estimados de US$ 495 milh\u00f5es. Da lavra a c\u00e9u aberto ser\u00e3o extra\u00eddas 17,8 Mtpa de ROM, durante 7 anos. As obras de implanta\u00e7\u00e3o dos circuitos prim\u00e1rio, secund\u00e1rio e terci\u00e1rio de britagem e de peneiramento est\u00e3o sendo executadas pela SKIC Brasil, subsidi\u00e1ria da Sigdo Koppers Ingenier\u00eda y Construcci\u00f3n, que integra o grupo chileno Sigdo Koppers (SK). Para ele, o processo de extra\u00e7\u00e3o a seco \u00e9 um marco tecnol\u00f3gico em projetos de minera\u00e7\u00e3o, ainda que dependa de uma s\u00e9rie de vari\u00e1veis para ser replicado em outras opera\u00e7\u00f5es do setor. \u201cFatores como a queda no pre\u00e7o do min\u00e9rio de ferro e a dificuldade na contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e1quinas, equipamentos e m\u00e3o-de-obra, ou sua escassez, podem elevar muito o custo de implanta\u00e7\u00e3o desse tipo de empreendimento. O n\u00e3o cumprimento dos prazos pr\u00e9-estabelecidos, acidentes nas obras e fatores externos, de ordem pol\u00edtica e econ\u00f4mica, tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o fatores que podem inviabilizar esse modelo\u201d, explica o diretor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Especifica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Da lavra, o min\u00e9rio segue para a pilha de ROM, de onde passa \u00e0 britagem prim\u00e1ria, britagem e peneiramento secund\u00e1rios, britagem terci\u00e1ria e peneiramento terci\u00e1rio. A britagem prim\u00e1ria \u00e9 composta de um britador de mand\u00edbulas, enquanto as britagens secund\u00e1ria e terci\u00e1ria contam com britadores c\u00f4nicos. Nos sistemas de peneiramento s\u00e3o empregados tr\u00eas modelos vibrat\u00f3rios e um do tipo banana. A movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o do min\u00e9rio ser\u00e1 feita por transportadores de correia integrados, que formam o TCLD.<\/p>\n<p>Ainda segundo Otoni, o substrato gerado pela minera\u00e7\u00e3o a seco
