Uma delas \u00e9 o Sistema de Controle Avan\u00e7ado de Processo (SCAP) instalado no Forno 4 e no Pelotamento 4 do complexo, que contribui para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de pelotas de maior qualidade e baixo custo. A outra \u00e9 a primeira rede privada de IIoT (Internet das Coisas Industrial) para o monitoramento da carga das baterias das lanternas mar\u00edtimas e da posi\u00e7\u00e3o geogr\u00e1fica, via GPS, das boias de sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e1utica do porto.<\/p>\n<p>O ramp up do SCAP foi realizado entre os meses de mar\u00e7o e abril de 2021, enquanto a rede IIoT foi instalada em dezembro de 2021, quando entrou em funcionamento a WISE-6610, gateway que fornece o sinal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o do LoRaWAN, protocolo de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o utilizado no projeto.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_20225\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-20225\" style=\"width: 350px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inthemine.com.br\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Luis-Passos_Samarco-e1645547649678.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-20225\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inthemine.com.br\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Luis-Passos_Samarco-e1645547649678.jpg\" alt=\"Foto 1:Lu\u00eds Passos, engenheiro s\u00eanior de Processo\" width=\"350\" height=\"334\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-20225\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Lu\u00eds Passos, engenheiro s\u00eanior de Processo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cO SCAP otimiza a tomada de decis\u00e3o, melhorando o controle dos processos, reduzindo sua variabilidade e deslocando as m\u00e9dias para os limites operacionais. Com isso, temos ganhos de efici\u00eancia em capacidade\/produ\u00e7\u00e3o e rendimento, redu\u00e7\u00e3o de perdas e custos e melhoria da qualidade e conformidade ambiental, entre outros\u201d, avalia Lu\u00eds Alberto Sfalsin Passos, engenheiro s\u00eanior de Processo da mineradora.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 o monitoramento via IIoT facilita muito o acompanhamento de vari\u00e1veis que n\u00e3o exigem uma banda larga de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e s\u00e3o relacionadas a equipamentos e infraestrutura de uma planta industrial, uma vez que a rede tem longo alcance e \u00e9 de simples instala\u00e7\u00e3o. Os resultados positivos de seu uso na sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e1utica do porto podem expandi-la para outras aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de monitoramento. \u201cTemos o sistema de prote\u00e7\u00e3o cat\u00f3dica, que \u00e9 de import\u00e2ncia vital para a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o das estruturas met\u00e1licas do porto e \u00e9 monitorado de forma manual hoje. A rede IIoT tamb\u00e9m pode servir ao monitoramento do fechamento adequado de portas e das temperaturas de salas e pain\u00e9is el\u00e9tricos\u201d, exemplifica Luciano Rocha, engenheiro s\u00eanior de Automa\u00e7\u00e3o da Samarco.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Controle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os SCAP\u2019s s\u00e3o programas de computador que incorporam ferramentas e conhecimentos pr\u00f3prios para resolver tarefas operacionais espec\u00edficas, realizando o controle dos processos produtivos de forma aut\u00f4noma e inteligente visando sua estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o. A estrat\u00e9gia de controle \u00e9 composta por modelos e regras, cujos par\u00e2metros de constru\u00e7\u00e3o dependem de um estudo preliminar do processo para medir e avaliar com clareza as necessidades de controle diante dos objetivos estabelecidos. Definidas essas necessidades, os controles cr\u00edticos e seus requisitos s\u00e3o estabelecidos, criando uma base conceitual para a gera\u00e7\u00e3o da estrat\u00e9gia de controle.<\/p>\n<p>Inicialmente, explica Passos, v\u00e1rios conceitos de controle podem ser gerados, passando por uma simula\u00e7\u00e3o para determinar qual a melhor estrat\u00e9gia a ser implementada. O SCAP incorpora ferramentas de IA (Intelig\u00eancia Artificial) como Redes Neurais, Controle Preditivo Multivari\u00e1vel, L\u00f3gica Nebulosa e Racioc\u00ednio Baseado em Regras, entre outras. A infraestrutura (Figuras 01 e 02) para o funcionamento do sistema requer apenas um servidor e softwares para interface OPC, geralmente instalados na rede TA (Tecnologia de Automa\u00e7\u00e3o). A base \u00e9 interligada \u00e0 placa eletr\u00f4nica da lanterna atrav\u00e9s de tr\u00eas circuitos, elaborados e constru\u00eddos internamente. Para cada uma das 10 lanternas monitoradas, a remota envia informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre falhas, estado ligado ou desligado e n\u00edvel de carga de bateria a cada 30 minutos, al\u00e9m localiza\u00e7\u00e3o da boia a cada hora. Os dados recebidos pelo gateway s\u00e3o lidos por um middleware (software), tamb\u00e9m feito em node-red, que os reenvia \u00e0 plataforma de monitoramento Wegnology, atrav\u00e9s do protocolo de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o MQTT.<\/p>\n<p>A Wegnology \u00e9 um portal na internet (nuvem), que disponibiliza as informa\u00e7\u00f5es enviadas pelas remotas e permite a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de gr\u00e1ficos para visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos ciclos de carregamento e descarregamento das baterias das lanternas. A cobertura de sinal criada pelo gateway \u00e9 bem extensa e o \u00fanico ajuste, segundo Rocha, foi realizado nas constela\u00e7\u00f5es de sat\u00e9lites utilizados para determinar a
