O Servi\u00e7o Geol\u00f3gico do Brasil (SGB-CPRM) ficou em segundo lugar na categoria “Empresas Estatais Dependentes” no ranking da qualidade da informa\u00e7\u00e3o de custos, elaborado pelo Tesouro Nacional. O ranking foi constru\u00eddo com base em quatro crit\u00e9rios: economicidade, regularidade, dispers\u00e3o e personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

A classifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e autarquias federais foi criada a partir do \u00faltimo Relat\u00f3rio Foco em Custos, publicado neste m\u00eas de maio pelo Tesouro Nacional com dados de 2020. O SGB-CPRM recebeu nota 6,9 na soma dos crit\u00e9rios analisados, ficando \u00e0 frente de outras 16 entidades no ranking, com destaque para a nota m\u00e1xima no quesito \u201cregularidade\u201d.<\/p>\n

\"Desempenho-CPRM\"<\/a><\/p>\n

O SGB-CPRM publica anualmente seu relat\u00f3rio da administra\u00e7\u00e3o, onde constam os resultados dos programas e projetos da empresa que foram alcan\u00e7ados ao longo do ano. S\u00e3o detalhadas as a\u00e7\u00f5es nas \u00e1reas de geologia, recursos minerais, gest\u00e3o territorial, recursos h\u00eddricos, geotecnologia, rela\u00e7\u00f5es institucionais, gest\u00e3o financeira e toda a infraestrutura de suporte da \u00e1rea da Presid\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o diretor-presidente do SGB-CPRM, Esteves Pedro Colnago, a coloca\u00e7\u00e3o no ranking \u00e9 retrato do que vem sendo feito dentro Servi\u00e7o Geol\u00f3gico do Brasil no sentido de aprimorar a qualidade da gest\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos gastos p\u00fablicos.\u00a0 \u201cNosso intuito \u00e9 estarmos cada vez mais alinhados a tudo de mais moderno quando se fala de pr\u00e1ticas de governan\u00e7a p\u00fablica\u201d, afirma<\/p>\n

O diretor de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o e Finan\u00e7as do SGB-CPRM, Cassiano Alves, parabenizou a equipe da empresa. Objetivos do Boletim Foco em Custos<\/h3>\n

O Boletim Foco em Custos \u00e9 uma publica\u00e7\u00e3o semestral que apresenta informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os custos agregados do Governo Federal, bem como informa\u00e7\u00f5es com maior detalhe para os custos de funcionamento dos Poderes, incluindo tamb\u00e9m o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e a Defensoria P\u00fablica. O objetivo do ranking \u00e9 reconhecer e estimular o esfor\u00e7o dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos para melhorar a qualidade da apura\u00e7\u00e3o da informa\u00e7\u00e3o e dar cada vez mais transpar\u00eancia \u00e0 sua gest\u00e3o de custos.<\/p>\n

Os rankings de desempenho que s\u00e3o apresentados no estudo foram elaborados a partir de indicadores de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da contabilidade de custos por compet\u00eancia (regularidade e dispers\u00e3o); de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das ferramentas de detalhamento de custos dispon\u00edveis no SIAFI (personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o) e de economicidade. O boletim informa que os indicadores foram apurados para os setores de custos dos Minist\u00e9rios, Advocacia-Geral da Uni\u00e3o (AGU) e Comandos Militares; universidades federais; ag\u00eancias governamentais e empresas estatais dependentes, que \u00e9 o caso do SGB-CPRM<\/p>\n

Como \u00e9 feito o c\u00e1lculo<\/h2>\n

Cada crit\u00e9rio do ranking foi calculado de forma diferente. A regularidade foi calculada pela exist\u00eancia ou n\u00e3o de registro cont\u00e1bil mensal para itens de custos de funcionamento com consumo recorrente em 2020; a dispers\u00e3o \u00e9 a m\u00e9dia ponderada dos coeficientes de varia\u00e7\u00e3o dos mesmos itens da regularidade. Para atribuir as notas de personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o foi verificado ouso de detalhamento dos centros de custos estruturados de forma sist\u00eamica.<\/p>\n

A economicidade foi calculada pela estimativa da tend\u00eancia linear dos custos conforme sua evolu\u00e7\u00e3o ao longo dos doze meses de 2020. A Nota resulta da soma da pontua\u00e7\u00e3o obtida em cada indicador: at\u00e9 2 para a regularidade, at\u00e9 1 para a dispers\u00e3o, at\u00e9 5 para a personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, e at\u00e9 2 para a economicidade, sendo apresentada em escala de 0 a 10.<\/p>\n
