Coaching, ent\u00e3o, \u00e9 o processo.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e1 muita confus\u00e3o no mercado com rela\u00e7\u00e3o a\u00a0esses termos, coach, coaching e coachee.\u00a0Vemos at\u00e9 em t\u00edtulos de cursos erros crassos\u00a0com rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 correta terminologia.<\/p>\n<p>O processo de coaching vem sendo extremamente\u00a0estimulado no mundo corporativo nos\u00a0\u00faltimos tempos. N\u00e3o \u00e0 toa. Esse processo,\u00a0quando bem conduzido, \u00e9 capaz de produzir\u00a0transforma\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>E como ele se estabelece? Antes de mais nada,\u00a0atrav\u00e9s de uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o de confian\u00e7a entre\u00a0coach e coachee. \u00c9 preciso que ambos acreditem\u00a0um no outro para que o desenvolvimento\u00a0possa acontecer. Uma vez atingido esse limiar\u00a0de confian\u00e7a (que \u00e9 algo que n\u00e3o se pede, e\u00a0sim se conquista), pode ser iniciado um bom\u00a0processo de coaching. Nas primeiras sess\u00f5es,\u00a0um objetivo deve ser definido, e o coachee\u00a0deve assumir para si a responsabilidade de\u00a0atingi-lo, definindo o processo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o,\u00a0poss\u00edveis obst\u00e1culos e indicadores de medi\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0do \u00eaxito.<\/p>\n<p>Bem, voc\u00eas podem estar se perguntando: mas\u00a0se \u00e9 o pr\u00f3prio coachee quem far\u00e1 tudo, para\u00a0que serve o coach?<\/p>\n<p>O papel dele \u00e9 essencial. Gosto de dizer que\u00a0o bom coach deve ser como o instrutor de\u00a0auto-escola: ele n\u00e3o dirige pelo aluno, ele n\u00e3o\u00a0troca as marchas e n\u00e3o estaciona o autom\u00f3vel,\u00a0mas est\u00e1 no mesmo barco (ou carro) do aluno.\u00a0Est\u00e1 ali, para o que der e vier. O bom coach\u00a0suporta, estimula, encoraja e principalmente\u00a0acredita no coachee, mas n\u00e3o pode fazer as\u00a0coisas por ele.<\/p>\n<p>Infelizmente, muitos gestores que se dizem\u00a0bons coaches (o plural de coach, n\u00e3o confundir\u00a0com coachee) limitam-se a expor e estabelecer\u00a0os caminhos e solu\u00e7\u00f5es. Eles d\u00e3o a\u00a0\u201creceita do bolo\u201d. Isso, definitivamente, n\u00e3o \u00e9\u00a0coaching.<\/p>\n<p>Como \u00e9 o coachee quem ir\u00e1 encarar o percurso,\u00a0e como se pressup\u00f5e que ele ou ela n\u00e3o\u00a0domine aquele assunto espec\u00edfico, \u00e9 de esperar\u00a0que aconte\u00e7am falhas durante o percurso,\u00a0mas s\u00e3o elas que consolidam o aprendizado.\u00a0Quando o pr\u00f3prio coachee tem que pensar,\u00a0planejar, ponderar, corrigir rotas, o processo\u00a0de aprendizado se sedimenta, e \u00e9 duradouro.<\/p>\n<p>O bom coach sabe que est\u00e1 abrindo m\u00e3os de\u00a0resultados de curto prazo em prol de um\u00a0resultado de longo prazo, isso porque ele est\u00e1\u00a0disposto a oferecer o desenvolvimento \u00e0 sua\u00a0equipe, e n\u00e3o apenas se limitar a entregar o\u00a0trabalho \u00e0quelas pessoas que j\u00e1 o fazem bem.<\/p>\n<p>Claro que o coaching n\u00e3o \u00e9 a resposta para\u00a0todos os males, at\u00e9 porque muitas das solu\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0exigem pressa, mas, sem d\u00favida nenhuma,\u00a0deve fazer parte do rol de instrumentos\u00a0que um bom l\u00edder deve possuir.
