Castelli \u00e9 prata da casa da antiga VCP (Votorantim Celulose e Papel) que, ap\u00f3s fus\u00e3o com a Aracruz Celulose, deu origem \u00e0 F\u00edbria, em 2009. Na empresa, onde ingressou em 1997 e coordenou o processo de integra\u00e7\u00e3o com a Aracruz, exerceu a diretoria das \u00e1reas Florestal, de Papel, de Estrat\u00e9gia e de Suprimentos, at\u00e9 ser nomeado diretor-presidente em 2011.
