Em 2018, o programa \u00e9 realizado com o tema: \u201cGest\u00e3o com Foco na Aprendizagem\u201d. As atividades de forma\u00e7\u00e3o contemplam 20 gestores, que compartilham os conhecimentos adquiridos em seis escolas urbanas e tr\u00eas da zona rural, beneficiando, em m\u00e9dia 1300 alunos.<\/p>\n<p>Idealizado pelo Instituto Votorantim, o PVE \u00e9 promovido desde 2008, com o apoio das empresas do Grupo Votorantim, em parceria com a Comunidade Educativa (Cedac) e Centro de Estudos e Pesquisas em Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Cultura e A\u00e7\u00e3o Comunit\u00e1ria (Cenpec). Em 2018, a atua\u00e7\u00e3o do PVE passou de 51 para 100 munic\u00edpios. De responsabilidade da Votorantim Cimentos s\u00e3o 25 munic\u00edpios.<\/p>\n<p>Na regi\u00e3o Centro-Oeste, o PVE estreou neste ano em tr\u00eas Estados e no Distrito Federal, nos munic\u00edpios de Nobres (MT), Corumb\u00e1 (MS), Edealina (GO) e Sobradinho (DF).\u00a0 A expans\u00e3o do programa \u00e9 uma iniciativa do Grupo Votorantim, que neste ano celebra o seu centen\u00e1rio. A empresa escolheu a educa\u00e7\u00e3o como causa leg\u00edtima de suas a\u00e7\u00f5es para continuar deixando um legado para a sociedade.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo ano em Xambio\u00e1 &#8211; O PVE chegou em 2017 na cidade de Xambio\u00e1 e um dos objetivos alcan\u00e7ados foi proporcionar a inclus\u00e3o da zona rural. O programa \u00e9 promovido em quatro ciclos de atividades, por meio da frente de fortalecimento da gest\u00e3o, que envolve a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o de t\u00e9cnicos das secretarias de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, gestores educacionais e escolares. Outra frente de atua\u00e7\u00e3o do programa \u00e9 a de Mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o Social, que visa engajar a comunidade a participar de a\u00e7\u00f5es por uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade. Nesta frente, em 2018, as atividades s\u00e3o desenvolvidas com foco no incentivo \u00e0 leitura.<\/p>\n<p>Visitas \u00e0s escolas do campo e paradas de leitura s\u00e3o algumas das a\u00e7\u00f5es de Mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o Social realizadas no terceiro ciclo, al\u00e9m da restaura\u00e7\u00e3o da Biblioteca Municipal Professora Nazar\u00e9 Resplandes. As atividades de mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o contemplam ainda o concurso Criativos da Escola, uma iniciativa que incentiva o protagonismo de professores, pais, alunos e comunidade na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos que transformem realidades de pessoas, espa\u00e7os p\u00fablicos ou escolas.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a secret\u00e1ria de educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Xambio\u00e1, Ana L\u00facia Fernandes Moura, o PVE tem contribu\u00eddo de forma significativa para aumentar o interesse dos alunos pela leitura. \u201cSe antes do PVE existiam dez pessoas em classe sem compreens\u00e3o e interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o de textos, hoje temos, em m\u00e9dia, seis. Por meio das a\u00e7\u00f5es do programa, estamos melhorando o rendimento em sala de aula e tamb\u00e9m fazendo com mais estudantes tomem gosto pela leitura. Al\u00e9m disso, o PVE engaja as comunidades a unir for\u00e7as conosco na busca de transforma\u00e7\u00f5es para oferecer uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o de melhor
